Less Action, More Delegation

As we visit with our friends around the subject of time, time seems to be the great problem for so many of you because there are a lot of things that you would like to do but it just feels that there is not enough to spread out and do all of those things.

And we say, when you get feeling like that or when you feel, as you have described here, it feels like you cannot please yourself and please all of the others or maybe you are not even trying to please others (although you are) maybe it is just that you can’t please yourself relative to all of your intentions, maybe it feels like you can’t get it all. And what we are wanting to say to you is that when it feels like that, what is really happening is you are trying to do too much through your action and you are not utilizing the flowing of energy enough and in the context of what we have talked about here, you are not delegating enough to “The Manager”.

It is like so many of our physical friends are wanting to justify their motion forward or justify their existence through hard work so much so that hard work has become sort of a virtuous thing. Then we see many many people gather around them with so many things that are immediate that then it does not feel like they have time to even get to things that are important. So what really helps that, is by recognizing that your work is to offer your desire and the Universe or “The Manager” will figure out how to bring things about.

Don’t Try to Take Over the Managerial Role

Jerry said, [about a hotel to a manager] “This feels like a well oiled machine.”

The man said, “It is. There are a lot of very dedicated people.”

Jerry said, “I always like seeing something like this that is working so well when there is no owner present.”

The owner of this hotel is not back there witnessing or organizing. He’s holding a vision of what he is wanting. And other people are finding their place within it.

And that’s the thing we think would make for the best structure in any organization. Understanding that everyone is different, and letting Law of Attraction help them find their place within the structure, rather than trying to dictate it. Don’t try to take the managerial role of Law of Attraction.

You just keep setting your sights on what you want to achieve and trust Law of Attraction will bring those.

You see, there are people who would not know what to do if they did not have some schedule to follow. There are a lot of people who’ve never heard the call of Source consciously. So they don’t know it.

It works better for them to hear someone else say, “This is what you need to do and this is when you need to do it.”

And of course, we’re rooting for everyone eventually hearing the call of Source on a regular basis.

The Universe’s Ability to Please You All is Unlimited

Co-creating with another person can be fabulous. Two or more people thinking a little differently — can add balance and breadth, and depth, to one another’s desires. Two people, master minding, can add power to a desire.

Although you assist in adding variety and further perspectives, you often hinder by worrying about control issues or things of that nature. So the optimum creative experience is to be able to open to the breadth of more input without closing to the breadth of more input. It’s like a two-edged sword; it can stimulate you; it can shut you down.

So, whether it’s one or a hundred that you are co-creating with, use the stimulation factor, but don’t allow yourself to get worried about their choice or their control. Just know that Well-being always flows to you.

What they think about anything does not matter. Only what you think. But when you start thinking about what somebody else thinks, and forming a judgment about what they’re thinking — now you’re thinking, and now you’ve introduced resistance. And then you say, “Well, I didn’t feel resistance before I was thinking about what you were thinking, so if you’d stop thinking about it, then I wouldn’t have resistance.” And we say, you could stop thinking about what they’re thinking, and there wouldn’t be any resistance, either. And you say, “True enough, but it would be a lot easier for me to not think about what they’re thinking if they’re not thinking it, especially if they’re not speaking it.” There is where allowing really serves you.

Let’s say that I have a specific style of furniture. I’m a vibrational match to it and I don’t have discord around it. Then I hook up with someone who has a very different style in furniture, and they want to bring their really bad looking stuff into my life. But I’m not getting upset about the current state of what-is. I’m looking for things to appreciate. I’m more focused upon the other positive aspects of our relationship. I’m focused upon my furniture. So, could she, in her purity of vibration, throw all of my furniture out, vibrationally?” And we say, as she finds vibrational harmony with her furniture and with her life, and with her relationship, the Universe has the ability to find furniture that pleases you both. And in the process, there’s this magical blending. Oh, the Universe’s ability to please you all, on all fronts, is unlimited. But most physical Beings get in the way of it, right away — because they’re “sure” it cannot happen.

The Ability of the Universe to please you all is unlimited.

Future Positive Anticipation

Esther said, “Have you noticed how Abraham never works to get us out of a jam? They will always advise us, but if we’re in a situation where something is manifesting that is not to our liking, they don’t have much magic that they can apply that will turn it around instantaneously… they’re more about looking down the road and thinking favorably of things that are coming.”

And that’s really what we’re wanting to say to you. The more you look down the road, and the more you positively anticipate, then the more when you get there things will be more like you like them. But if you’re standing in the middle of something that is not quite as you like it and it gets your attention, then it’s harder for you to break loose of that. So what we really are recommending is spending more time in your future positive anticipation, and less time in your explaining to everyone what’s going on right now.

If there are wonderful things happening in your now beat the drum of them, of course… but it really is easiest to just begin
anticipating positively, and before you know it so much of your life will be so wonderful, you will wonder why you ever had anything to complain about before.

Being a Visionary and Delegating to the Manager

Imagine you are the head of a corporation. You have build it. It is your business and there are 100,000 people working in your corporation somewhere. There are computer experts. There are teachers of that. There are manufacturers. There are inventors. You have bookkeepers. There are all kinds of people that play different roles in this massive organization and you are the VISIONARY of this. You dreamed it into place. You keep your ear to the ground. You know what the market is asking for and you get frequent ideas. When you get an idea, you take pleasure mulling it over and bringing it to a stronger, clearer place for you.

You do not teach the computer people how to compute. You do not teach the manufacturers how to manufacture. In other words, there are people in place doing all of that. You have one particular person that you talk to. He is your MANAGER. When you want something, you call your manager and you express to him as clearly as you can your VISION. He hears you perfectly and he says: “Consider it done.” And you have such faith and confidence in this manager because he has never let you down not even once. He is like a magical being. He knows so well the ins and outs of the business. He knows every personality, their willingness and their talents and he has a way of magically put things together in orchestration and things always turn out as you envisioned it.

And we say, would you not adore having a manager like that? And you say you do…it is Law of Attraction. When you understand that LOA understands. When you understand that the Universal forces are in place and are all working for you, then you will sometimes, in understanding that, step willingly into YOUR ROLE WHICH IS THE ROLE OF VISIONARY.

So often as you in this role of actionary you get overwhelmed and tired. You find that even thought there are all kinds of things you are wanting…we say sometimes you are so busy dealing with something that is immediate that you do not get to what is important. What is important is feeling good. What is important is being in a place where the ideas can flow. What is important is for you, what your role is is the birthing of the idea.
